Throughout the Summer of 2007, the demand for skips and the sheer volume of phone traffic we handled caught us by surprise, and regrettably this led to a number of our customers reporting difficulty in gaining quick access to our Operations Department. In response to this we have recently installed a brand new, state-of-the-art telephone system, at the same time increasing the number of incoming lines from 14 to 24.
The new system has revolutionised the way in which incoming call traffic is handled and will address all the difficulties you may have encountered in the past. As a result you, our valued customers, will receive a priority service when contacting our office. More information on our new direct dial numbers will follow in due course.
